Codes of Conduct and Membership

Approved Operator Scheme
The Approved Operator Scheme (AOS) is a scheme launched for IPC members to improve and maintain standards to ensure a strict Code of Practice is followed. The AOS is designed specifically for those IPC members that operate parking enforcement services.


Independent Appeals

The Independent Appeals Service
The IAS is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution entity. You may use this service if you have been advised by a parking operator that they will engage with it. If you consider that you should be able to use the service but are unable to; please contact the operator that issued the charge to you who will be able to advise you. 


Health and Safety

Park Mark
The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Associations of Chief Police Officers aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in parking facilities. Safer parking status, Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the Police.

UK Car Park Management Ltd abides by the Data Protection Act which gives you the right to know what information is held about you, and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.

HM Courts & Tribunals Service is an agency of the Ministry of Justice and we provide the supporting Administration for the judiciary across England and Wales. We deliver services to the public directly in court and tribunal buildings, remotely via business centres and through online services on GOV.UK


Data Sharing

DVLA
The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency is the organisation of the UK government responsible for maintaining a database of drivers in Great Britain and a database of vehicles for the entire United Kingdom. Its counterpart for drivers in Northern Ireland is the Driver and Vehicle Agency.
